The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kani has been seen today in Jerusalem, Israel where he went for Pilgrimage.
Kanu has been missing for over 9 months after his family home in Afaraukwu, Abia state was raided by the Nigerian Army. His resurgence today has reportedly caused mixed reactions all over the country and is believed to be preparing to come back to Nigeria.
Kanu is the traditional ruler of Afaraukwu Autonomous Community and father of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Addressing newsmen in Umuahia, Chief Emeka Ezebuiro, the President General of Afaraukuwu Ibeku Development Union, said that the community was still at a loss over the disappearance of their royal father.
Ezebuiro said that the community had been passing through psychological trauma since the monarch got missing.
