Ibe Kachikwu NNPC - Ministry of Petroleum Resources Mid-Term Review - Podcast by Ibe Kachikwu

In August 2015, I was privileged to be appointed as the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation by President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR. Fast forward to November, 2015, the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria thought it wise to add an extra layer of responsibility to me as I doubled as the Minister of State for the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Nigeria. Subsequently, in July 2016, I had to focus all of my expertise in the new role as the Minister of State which allowed me bring to bear the much-needed boost in the Oil and Gas Sector.

Two years down the line, in cognisance of the absolute focus on probity and commitment to accountability as regards stewardship, it is my pleasure to present you with a MID-TERM REVIEW of the activities that we have delivered from August 2015 to August 2017.

I am thankful for the trust and support that we have enjoyed and most importantly, the feedback gotten over time that has continued to shape our commitment to deliver and to ensure that the aspirations of the #7BigWins for Nigeria’s Oil and Gas Sector becomes a reality.
