“It’s insulting to say i was slapped by a female ghost” – Rochas Okorocha

Rochas Okorocha, the Governor of Imo state has dispelled rumors flying around that he was slapped by a female ghost in his office in Owerri, a few weeks ago. Speaking at a press conference in Imo state, visibly displeased, Rochas stated that the peddlers of the rumor were being very unfair to him by saying that he was slapped by a mere female ghost.
Okorocha further said that his traducers would have been fair to him by saying that he was slapped by a male ghost instead of a female ghost. he added that as Governor of the state, he was the head of all the principalities and deities in the state. He mocked the ghost by saying that no deity had the power to subdue him.
He urged the people of the state to desist from spreading the rumor and stop giving attention to superstition as they are capable of hindering the development of the state. He said the people should support him, pray, instead of engaging in unsubstantiated speculation that he was slapped by a female ghost which he waved aside with a wave of hand, saying that it was not possible.
To be honest i thought he was really slapped by a ghost because why would he be rushed outside the country and when he returns after 15 days, he holds a thanksgiving ceremony in which he admitted encountering a life-threatening challenge?
