Great Ogboru, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State has rejected the outcome of the just concluded governorship election in the state.

Speaking with journalists on Monday in Abraka in Ethiope East Local Government Area of the state. Ogboru, who faulted the result of the poll described the exercise as a sham and called for an outright cancellation of the governorship election in Delta, adding that it was marred with a lot of irregularities across the 25 local government areas of the state.

Noting that he has the support of his party to challenge the outcome in court, the APC candidate alleged that the process was marred by “massive rigging and violence”.

He also claimed that there was a disparity in the number of accredited voters as against the official record of data from INEC.

He also alleged that the ruling party in the state prevented a free and fair contest by using security operatives to disrupt the process.

Oga Ogboru,we are surprised that you are the one say election was a sham. How was the APC primary that gave you the ticket? We have not forgotten what you and Omo-Agege did to Pat Utomi during the so-called primaries. We can only imagine how Utomi a celebrated achiever would have squared up with Okowa being from the same zone. But you people together with your Ceaser Oshiemole bungled it.Accept the fact that you have been clearly defeated and please don’t contest again in 2023.

Greatman, I join you to say that Ogboru should never present himself again for governorship election in Delta state again. His career is over, except God helps him, and he behaves himself, then Deltans can forgive him and bring him on board, but not on the platform of apc.
