Atiku, Dankwambo, four others eye SDP Presidential Ticket (DETAILS)

PoliticsNGR has gathered that 7 presidential aspirants are keen on clinching the presidential ticket of the Social Democratic Party, SDP.

Speaking to journalists in Awka, the acting chairman of the SDP in Anambra state, Chief Vincent Obi said;

“Information reaching us says that about seven presidential aspirants have indicated interest to run for the presidential election under the platform of SDP but as it is now nobody has been anointed by the party or earmarked for the post of number one citizen position under the party,” Obi said.

Obi revealed that about 60 senators have also indicated interest to run on the party’s platform. He mentioned some of them, they include; Senate President Bukola Saraki, former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former Speaker of the House of Representative and Sokoto state Governor, Barrister Aminu Tambuwal, former Senate President David Mark, the Governor of Gombe state, Dr. Ibrahim Dankwambo.

  • I wonder where this lie was cooked from. who ever came up with this is a big lier, Alh,ihrahim dankwambo the talban gombe is not leaving pdp to any party. so get that into your head. PDP is the winning team and we stand tall in support of dankwambo as his principal asparant.

  • what do you expect from party without platform ,they will always be trowing Propaganda's for them to get noticed .this is a false news that Dankwambo is moving to another Party .
