Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has parted his lips on the President’s rumored Second term bid in the 2019 General Elections.
According to Osinbajo, the President is not talking about second term at the moment, adding that he was more focused on fulfilling his campaign promises to Nigerians than talking about the election.
Reuters reports that Osinbajo made the comments while featuring in an interview with CNBC on Thursday.
“The president is focused on this term. He wants to ensure that he delivers on the promises that were made. He is not talking about 2019,” Osinbajo pointed out.
This development is arising shortly after former President Olusegun Obasanjo advised Buhari to resign due to his poor performance in governing Nigeria.
