A German terror suspect is currently cooling off in a heavily guarded detention facility in Germany after being arrested by German police, thanks to help gotten from his fellow Syrian immigrants.

Syrian nationale, Jaber Albakr, with strong ties to terror group ISIS was arrested in Leipzig, eastern Germany after 3 days on the run. German police launched a manhunt for Albakr after a large cache of explosives precisely 1.5kg of ‘an explosive substance more dangerous than TNT’ was found in his apartment in the city of Chemnitz during a police raid.

Luck ran out on Albakr when he met up with some fellow Syrian Immigrants at a city train station via an online forum on refugee accommodation. They immediately recognized the 22-year-old Albakr’s face from ‘wanted’ posters and invited him to their house before tying him up with an electric cable and raising the alarm. The criminal had shaved his hair  and beard to evade arrest.

Good riddance to bad rubbish!
