A former governor of Jigawa State, Sule Lamido has ripped into former Vice president, Atiku Abubakar over his recent comments about the People’s Democratic Party(PDP).
Lamido warned against the politics of blackmail and hatred ahead of the upcoming 2019 presidential elections. He maintained that such actions would not help democracy and the entire country.
Speaking to journalists in his Bamaina country home in Birnin-Kudu LGA, He said;
“Atiku is entitled to his opinion like any other Nigerian. Some people, especially politicians, should not be condemning others with different political ideology, interest or opinion,”.
He also attacked the ruling APC, saying that the party was not capable of handling governance.
“There is no way Nigerians can be convinced again on falsehood, as in the past, to vote APC for second term in office because APC doesn’t know administration at all”.
