  • House to intervene in Obazee’s case as investigations begin

The decision to look into the crisis was taken after adopting a motion brought on the floor the minority leader, Hon. Leo Ogor. Ogor had in his motion urged the Federal Government to make the law clear to Nigerians, as it was not passed by the National Assembly.

Recall that the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN), has approved a controversial 20 years tenure of office for heads of non-profit organisations, including churches and mosques and thereafter hand over to someone from outside their families, which allegedly forced Adeboye to throw in the towel last week.
