Former aviation minister, chief Femi Fani kayode, wore a Jewish prayer sash/cloth to court on Wednesday as he was scheduled for a hearing on his case with the EFCC.
FFK is facing a five-count charge of money laundering amounting to N26 million before Justice John Tsoho of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court. Fani-Kayode’s new appearance is believed to have been influenced by Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra group(IPOB). It can be recalled that Kanu met with Kayode a few months ago when both men where detained in Kuje prison, Abuja. Kanu is also known for wearing a Jewish sash to his court hearings.
