Tambuwal praises army chief
Nigeria’s chief of army staff, Tukur Buratai, recently paid a condolence visit to the governor of Sokoto state, Aminu Tambuwal over the demise of Alhaji Ibrahim Dasuki on November 18th.
Buratai described the late Dasuki as a ‘fountain of wisdom’. He also announced the establishment of an 8th division of the army in the state, adding that officers of the division had begun operations in the North-east.

In response, Tambuwal praised the army general for his contributions, thanking him for establishing the division and two military secondary schools in the state.
