APC chieftain regains freedom after spending 6 months in jail for murder
Granted N10 million bail on health grounds

Ojukaye Flag-Amachree has regained his freedom after being granted bail by Justice A.A Gumel in a Friday court hearing. Flag-Amachree was remanded in prison custody after being slammed with a two-count charge of murder.He spent 6 months in detention.
Ojukaye, a former Local government Chairman of Asari-Toru Local government area and a Chieftain of the APC (All Progressives Congress), was granted bail on the grounds of ill-health after medical reports from 3 different doctors were presented to the presiding judge by Amachree’s counsel. He was granted bail tune of ten million Naira with two senior citizens as sureties.
His release has been hailed by NIMASA boss, Dakuku Peterside.
