Ex-Adamawa governor, Fintiri to appear in court on Nov 22

Former governor of Adamawa state, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has been adjourned to Nov. 22.

The trial scheduled to commence on Thursday, October 6, 2016 before a Federal High Court, Abuja could not hold due to the absence of trial judge, Justice A. R. Mohammed.

The ex-governor is being prosecuted by the EFCC. Both the prosecution and defence lawyers were present in court, but the case was halted as the presiding judge was noticeably absent.
